BUILT BY A CRAFTSMAN

Backed by a Decade of Steel & Aluminum Expertise

Technic Aluminum Inc. was founded in 2021 by Edip Yilmaz, a fabrication specialist with over 17 years of experience spanning aluminum fenestration and structural steel first in Istanbul, then across the Greater Toronto Area.

Before launching Technic Aluminum, Edip built Ararat Welding Inc., a structural steel fabrication firm that has delivered projects including the $4M+ redevelopment at 197 King St. East in Toronto, commercial builds for Chop Steakhouse & Bar, and industrial work for Ineos Mississauga. The two companies now operate side by side from our Mississauga facility, giving us a steady project pipeline and deep construction industry relationships from day one.

Today, Technic Aluminum serves residential, commercial, and light-industrial clients across Ontario with custom-fabricated aluminum window and door systems. Every product is designed and built in our facility using precision equipment, thermal break technology, and German-sourced hardware. We handle everything from consultation and engineering to fabrication and on-site installation with no outsourcing on the critical steps.

OUR APPROACH

Seamless and reliable solutions

We deliver tailored window and door solutions, ensuring style, functionality, and expert installation for satisfaction.

Step 1

Consultation & Design

Tell us about your project! New build, renovation, storefront, or commercial development, we review architectural drawings, discuss performance requirements, and recommend systems that meet Ontario Building Code, NAFS, and CSA A440 standards. For standard residential products, we can provide fast preliminary estimates. For custom or commercial projects, we conduct a full technical review.

Step 2

On-Site Measurement

Our team visits your site to take precise measurements and assess structural conditions. Accurate measurement is critical — it's how we ensure every system fits perfectly and performs as designed.

Step 3

Custom Fabrication

Your systems are manufactured in our Mississauga facility. We handle profile cutting, CNC machining, thermal break assembly, frame construction, hardware installation, glazing, and finishing — all in-house. Standard residential projects typically take 2–4 weeks from order to delivery. Commercial timelines are quoted based on scope.

Step 4

Installation Process

Our team handles installation across residential, storefront, and commercial projects. All work is carried out by Red Seal–certified glaziers or C-177-002–credentialed installers to meet CSA A440.4 standards. For large or complex projects, we provide anchor drawings, site coordination, and on-site technical support.

Step 5

Inspection & After-Sales Support

We walk through every installation with you to confirm quality, function, and satisfaction. After handover, our warranty program covers aluminum frames (10 years), insulated glass units (5 years), hardware (5 years), and installation workmanship (1 year). Our service team handles adjustments, seal repairs, and warranty claims.

Our Mississauga showroom is where you can see, touch, and test our aluminum window and door systems before making a decision. Compare thermal break profiles. Feel the glide of a sliding door. Inspect hardware, finishes, and glazing options side by side.

Whether you’re a homeowner planning a renovation, an architect specifying systems for a new build, or a contractor evaluating products for a project, the showroom gives you a hands-on experience that a brochure or website can’t replicate.

Visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention and walk through the products most relevant to your project.
