We are actively certifying 10 core window and door systems through third-party testing to meet NAFS, CSA A440, CSA A440.2, and NFRC standards. These certifications cover structural performance, air and water resistance, energy efficiency, and forced-entry resistance all required for institutional, government, and large commercial contracts.
Yes, the majority of our commercial work comes through direct relationships with architects, GCs, and developers. We provide shop drawings for tender packages, performance specs and thermal data for compliance submissions, early-stage technical collaboration on product selection, and EPD and LEED documentation support on request.
Absolutely. We supply detailed shop drawings, anchor drawings, and performance documentation aligned with Ontario Building Code, NAFS, and CSA A440 requirements. This documentation supports permit applications, tender submissions, and specification approvals for your project.
Our standard production cycle for small to mid-sized commercial projects is approximately 5 weeks including profile ordering, custom fabrication, and on-site installation. This is significantly faster than the 8–12 weeks typically quoted by larger competitors, helping you keep your construction schedule on track.
We handle both. All installations are carried out by Red Seal–certified glaziers or C-177-002–credentialed installers to meet CSA A440.4 standards for weatherproofing, alignment, and safety. For larger projects, we provide full site coordination including anchor drawings, delivery logistics, and on-site technical support.
